Refund Policy:
Because we are a small collective of teachers who depend on tuition as part of our income, because we book teaching space months in advance based on your enrollment, and because we want to be flexible and equitable, we have created the following refund policy.
Once a student pays a deposit, that deposit will be applied to the tuition for only the given seminar or class for which the student is registering.
Deposits will not be refunded if the student decides for any reason to not take the seminar after paying the deposit, nor is a deposit transferable to seminars or classes taught by other instructors.
Except in the extenuating circumstances listed below, pulse diagnosis class(es) and seminar deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable:
Refunding Deposits: In the event that an instructor must cancel a seminar for any reason, deposits will be returned to students in a timely manner, less a 15% processing fee.
Transferring deposits:
In the event that an instructor cancels a seminar or class for any reason, a student may elect to apply their deposit to the subsequent seminar or class taught by the very same instructor(s), and at the discretion of the instructor(s).
If a student would like to transfer their deposits to another student, all financial arrangements must be made between the students themselves and tuition must be paid in full prior to the start of the seminar.
